When you purchase something from the sewpony online shop, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me. This includes your name, address, phone number and email address, and having this information allows me to email your purchased goods to you.

WORDPRESS AND WOOCOMMERCE
Sewpony.com is a WordPress website, and the online shop runs on WooCommerce. When you place an order with sewpony I receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. I DO NOT store any payment details. This information allows me to process your order, email it out to you, and get in touch with you should there be any problems.
I use Gmail for all email. If you email me at firstname.lastname@example.org your email address and email content will be stored on Gmail’s servers.
WHAT I DO WITH THE INFORMATION I GATHER
I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- I use your information to process and send out your online shop orders.
I have in place all reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online and I am dedicated to keeping this safe. Keeping your data safe is something I am dedicated to. However, the internet is never totally secure and therefore I cannot 100% guarantee the security of data that you choose to send me electronically and sending me such information is entirely at your own risk. If I find there has been an unlawful data breach of sewpony’s database, or the databases of a third-party data processor, I will report it to any relevant authorities within 72 hours, and I will also contact anybody whose data has been affected.

The sewpony blog may contain links to other Websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that I do not have any control over that other Website.
